KRK Consultants also offers consulting services as well as data acquisition, processing and analysis of underwater acoustics.  This includes both PAM [passive acoustic measurements] and pile-driving activities for bridges and piers in rivers and harbors.  These passive acoustic measurements have become critical due to anthropogenic noise impacts on mammals and fish in the open oceans and the coastal regions of the USA.  This is due to a rapidly growing requirement for acoustic measurements and analysis to be conducted prior to, during, and after these construction projects.
